1)Value. Traditional Airbnb hosts charge 15-35% of your booking revenue, just to book and chat with your guests. Sometimes, they aren’t even local! If something breaks at your property, you have to schedule & pay an additional maintenance person to make a service call. We come from the home renovation business, so we can make almost any home repair while on-site! Because we are local, we are present at every turnover to ensure your property is in peak condition for every guest. Our general property maintenance services are built in to the management fee, which is less than what the other guys are charging. We do MORE for LESS!

2) Expertise. Other full service management companies claim to do it all, but lack expertise in the very services they are selling you. We own & manage 14 rentals of our own, in addition to an STR/MTR portfolio worth over $30M! We have renovated over 30 spaces, both commercial and residential. We designed interiors for over half of these spaces , most of which were full STR/MTR set-ups. Many of these renovations were done by us, so we are using those skills to YOUR advantage.
